There are two interfaces
available and they both take the audio from the APT and or
WEFAX receiver and interface them to your computer. It is also
possible to use third party receivers such as the ICOM IC-PCR1000.
All
interfaces come with the full version of the i software,
so if you start with an APT system for example, you get all
the software so that you can look at and process the Meteosat
samples provided.
PROsat for Windows i Interface
This is simply the best APT/WEFAX computer interface available.
It has every conceivable feature and can take up to three different
receivers.
All switching is computer controlled and system monitoring
and status is given by 11 LEDs on the front panel. It is difficult
to imagine any better solution.

PROsat for Windows LC Interface
The LC Interface is a stripped down version of the i interface
and is for users who do not need the flexibility and number of
receiver inputs. The filtering and general signal processing
is exactly the same.
The LC is ideal as a low cost starter system and for accompanying
other receivers such as the ICOM PCR-1000. The full PROsat for
Windows i software comes with the LC interface.
